Gather all of your leads you wish to process through your sales process and import them into Voicent Live. As a fully featured CRM, Voicent Live offers the ability to organize and categorize your leads as you see fit. Depending on the source of the leads you may want to label some portions of your leads "warm leads" if they come from a strong source or "cold leads" for contacts that may be old or out of date.
