BroadcastByPhone Overview

Voicent's BroadcastByPhone program is an auto-dialer that uses your computer to deliver personal calls or leave answering machine messages with the option of using your own voice or using a computer-generated text-to-speech voice. BroadcastByPhone boasts incredible scalability as you can dial thousands of simultaneous calls from a single ordinary computer.

BroadcastByPhone contains the following features:

• Broadcast pre-recorded/pre-designed messages
• Transfer live-calls to your agents while mass broadcasting, increasing efficiency by automating the calling process while only involving your agents once there is a live human on the other end of the call
• Keep track of callee's responses (such as "interested" or "opt-out") to your broadcasted calls
• Interactive touch tone response (press 1, press 2, ...) or even voice-activated command and response capabilities
• Integrates with Voicent's IVR studio tool to design more complex and customizable campaigns
• Design your own audio files that can be played when a customer answers the phone or customize a different message for when an answering machine picks up
• Automatically integrates with Voicent's Call Center CRM and Call Center Manager programs to easily track all customer interactions as well as monitor the performance of your agents
• Utilizes an Excel-like interface to organize your customers' information
