Recording Audio by Phone

If you want to use recorded audio in your broadcast then you will want to use Voicent software to make the audio file, as a telephone line can only transmit a certain format of audio file.

To record an audio file through your phone:

1. Click on "Record audio by phone" from the "File Tab"
   
2. By default, it will save your file to the path: "C:\Users\user-name\my-recording.wav" or "C:\Document and Settings\user-name\my-recording.wav"
   You can change this path by clicking on "Browse" and choosing your intended path.
3. Input the telephone number that your program will use to call to record your audio.
4. Click "Call now" and once the program calls you, follow the instructions you will hear through your phone.
