Voicent's Call Center Manager offers summary reports of current statistics on campaigns and agents.
Click the "Summary" tab to open the summary window, then click the campaign or agent to show its summary report.
Campaign summary reports include total calls made, calls failed, calls answered by answering machine or live person, dropped calls, and call-drop rates.
Agent summary reports includes total calls answered, time of session login and logout, time spent on active calls, time spent waiting for calls (idle time), and time spent entering call notes and unavailable for new calls (wrapup time).
