From customer record list or any search result you can easily create outbound campaigns for Voicent BroadcastByPhone, BroadcastBySMS, BroadcastByEmail, and AgentDialer. For example, to create an auto dialer campaign for BroadcastByPhone, simply select "Campaign" from the program main menu, choose "Export List For" and then choose the target Voicent tool.

Voicent software, such as BroadcastByPhone or AgentDialer, will display call status in real time in its spreadsheet window. In addition, it will save all call results in the CRM.
