To import a text file (in CSV format) to Call Center CRM, select "Contact" from the program main menu, then choose "Import Contact". From the import dialog window, select the import file. In addition, specify the merge option for records already existed in CRM (with matching telephone number).
After clicking the "OK" button, the following window will be displayed. You can specify which column goes to which field in the CRM record.
The selection in the figure above corresponds to the CSV files with the following columns: Name, Age, # of Children, Phone 1, Phone 2, Email.
