Set Up a Recurring Campaign

It is easy to setup a recurring campaign. The following figure shows settings to run an email campaign on the first day of every month. This type of recurring campaign, for example, can be used to send out reminder messages for contractors to turn in their timecards.

Notes On Recurring Campaigns

• A recurring campaign does not resume an unfinished campaign. It reruns the campaign (calling or emailing the same list again).
• A recurring campaign does not have to call the same people. With advanced list criteria, it can rerun the campaign with a dynamic list. For example, you can set up a recurring campaign on Friday to call only new leads created in the same week.
