If your software is over 12 months old and you do not have a valid support contract, you have two options:
- Purchase a support contract: When you have a valid support contract, we will automatically give you a software upgrade and replacement license. Purchase a support contract here.
- Purchase a replacement license for the same software release: Purchase a replacement license here.
- Open the Voicent App
- At the top right corner there is a Licensing menu. You will see a “Request a Product License” button. Select it.
- A web browser will open our license request form, fill out all appropriate information.
- The license key will be emailed to you promptly. Click on the link in the email to install the new license.
Please note we can not issue a license without you submitting a license request. In some cases the license key may go to your email providers spam folder. Please add webmaster@voicent.com to your contact list to prevent this.
The license will only work on the computer which you have requested the license for. The license key is permanently linked to a unique Voicent Gateway ID number generated for the computer.
