Personalizing your Email Broadcast with the Voicent CRM

Voicent gives you the power to dynamically replace content of an email with the value of a CRM field. Below is an example of how you could start an email, inserting the customer’s first name:

Hello ${__VG__CUSTOMER__.FIRST_NAME},

As you can see, by using “${__VG__CUSTOMER__.” followed by one of the following fields, the CRM field is dynamically inserted.
