Uploading Audio Files

You can upload your audio file and use it for your campaign message. The audio file must be in the telephony format: PCM 8K, 16 Bit, mono.

1. To upload, select Campaign from the main menu, then click the More -> Upload Audio button.

How to convert my audio file to the telephony format

If your audio file is in a different format, such as mp3, you can convert it to the specified format by using some audio file conversion software such as Audacity or Goldwave. For best quality, it is best to save your original file using the telephony format.

It is also possible to have the system call you to record your message. The recorded audio is automatically saved using the telephony format.
