Minimum Requirement

Each phone line/channel uses 64K bps both upload and download bandwidth. So for example, to run a concurrent 100 calls, you need about 10M bps internet connection for both up and down direction.

Utilize a Hosting Service

It is extremely important to have reliable internet services to run large dialer campaigns. Home internet services normally do not offer the desired reliability. One solution is to get a computer from a cloud or dedicated hosting company, such as Amazon's AWS. These services should provide reliable internet connections with enough bandwidth.

Networking Set Up

Normally you should work with your phone services to configure your networking environment, such as your router and firewall configuration. This can be set and checked without using the Voicent software.
