To complement our rapid growth, we are searching for a Software Engineer to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent project management skills, innate ability to troubleshoot highly complex technical issues/solutions and communicate these cross functionally to different groups within the organization. As a key Software Engineer, you will be working with an incredibly smart engineering team on current and future CRM integrated applications, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development
• Strong knowledge of OOP, basic data structures and algorithms
• Experience with building web services (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScriptStrong knowledge of and demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture and development
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to jump right into a fast paced and fully charged environment
• Excellent project management skills and proven ability to collaborate and communicate with key decision makers and push things forward
• BS CS/EE/CE or relevant work experience required

• Certified Force.com Advance Developer or equivalent
• Customer facing engagement experience
• Experience in leading projects
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Knowledge and experience in building telephony applications
• Excellent verbal, and written communications, and presentation skills
