Overview
To complement our rapid growth, we are actively looking for a talented and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our SMB Account Management team. Voicent is a high energy environment with lots of room for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer base (Approximately 180 customers) via building and maintaining trusted relationships
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities with existing customer base
- Continually seek/uncover opportunities to up sell Voicent products and services
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; Meet and exceed monthly KPI’s (key performance indicators) as well as monthly quota
- Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all assigned Voicent service offerings and system features; Stay on top of any changes in Voicent services and systems
- Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following Voicent’s internal sales guidelines
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to remain calm and communicate effectively during difficult and/or high-charged situations
- Regularly articulate Voicent’s value proposition; Represent a professional and positive image in all communications (e-mails, verbal, letters etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales development experience in a high tech environment
- Excellent presentation skills via phone, e-mail and web conference
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated success in closing business via phone
- Experience with CRM’s, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to solve simple and complex problems in creative ways; Ability to make sound business decisions independently
- Exceptional customer service/client retention skills
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and able to bring your ‘A-Game’ daily
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Contact Center technology and terminology, Cloud-based offerings and VoIP
- Previous experience working with Salesforce.com CRM
- Experience and understanding of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) applications
