Voicent equips interns with industry ready skills, hands-on experience, and most of all a warm and fun workplace fit for students. We are looking for self-driven and hungry learning enthusiasts to help excel our workforce. This individual should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of industry compliance. Voicent interns play important roles in our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they call
- Record name, phone number to reach them at, and reason for calling into CRM
- Transfer to appropriate person or have the appropriate person call back when available Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Follow up calls for leads Accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Setup and use all Voicent products, as well as test software
- Update outdated pages, photos, and grammatical errors throughout the site
- Write blog articles

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Customer service/client retention skills
- Technically aware
- Ability to solve simple and complex problems in creative ways
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
