Overview
Voicent is looking for a Sales Engineer to lead and manage all aspects of the implementation of Voicent’s CRM and Contact Center software for our Strategic and Enterprise clients. This includes collaborating on sales proposals, providing pre-sales support to the Enterprise Sales Team, planning implementation engagements, creating project plans, understanding and defining customer requirements, implementing solutions, training customers in the use of the solution and making best practice recommendations which enable our Customers to get optimal results from their contact center.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and troubleshoot the Voicent contact center software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environments both remotely and onsite.
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects; effectively communicate plans, progress and status both internally and to Customer organization.
- Partner with the Account Executive to sell the Voicent solution into the larger and more demanding Enterprise and Strategic companies.
- Articulate the value of Voicent’s Implementation Services through presentations, demonstrations and open discussion with customers.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization.
- Develop materials in-line with the specific sales and/or services opportunity requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive presentation experience and skills are critical (web based).
- Ability to deliver demos and presentations that close deals.
- Prefer several years’ sales engineering background in one or more of the following areas:
- Contact/Contact Center Software
- CRM
- IVR
- IP Telephony (basic networking knowledge assumed)
- Knowledge of salesforce.com, Sugar CRM, Zoho CRM and experienced in delivering a web demonstration with salesforce.com’s CRM application integrated with another software application.
