Integration
with Autodialer
Design an IVR application for outbound calls are similar to
design for inbound calls using IVR Studio. However, when designing
for Voicent BroadcastByPhone autodialer,
IVR Studio can take advantage of the BroadcastByPhone spreadsheet
data - columns be used just as variables. In the survey sample,
the column Model and Year are used as prompt.
Confirmation columns are automatically added to the spreadsheet
based on the selected IVR application. For example, when the
survey sample is selected as the broadcast message, the following
confirmation columns are automatically added: Rating,
Recommend, and Suggestion. These confirmation columns
corresponds to Rating, Recommend, and Suggestion
element in the survey call flow diagram.
Create IVR Application for BroadcastByPhone To create
an IVR application for BroadcastByPhone, select File > New (For
BroadcastByPhone) from the program main menu. The initial call
flow diagram contains three element: BBP Outbound Call, Live
Answer, and Answering Machine as shown below:
Elements under the Live Answer element are used to handle
calls answered by live human; while elements under the
Answering Machine element are used to handle calls answered by
answering machine or voicemail systems.
