Select Broadcast > Start/Schedule... from the program main menu.
The message ID should be set correctly already. Just select the broadcast time, click the OK button to start your broadcast.
If there is problem making the phone calls, or there is a long delay before the message starting to play, or the call quality is not good, please check the troubleshooting guide.
